Q: What is The Lawn Pro.net?
A:

A: The Lawn Pro.net is a network of independent lawn care and lawn maintenance contractors. Each contractor has an established record of experience in lawn maintenance and lawn care. The preferred contractors have a desire for quality work, attention for details and desires customer satisfaction.

Q: What is the network?
A: The Lawn Pro.net Network is comprised of numerous servers, routers and access points which allow the independent contractor to have 24-hours access to their clients and vice versa. The design of the network was intended for providing flexibility for contractors with varying skills to access information from various appliances and tools (i.e., a local “client” computer, web access points, e-mail, PDAs, etc.) which reduces needed paper work while directing more attention to job tasks and building clientele. The network allows clients to learn of your services and contact you directly.

Q: What benefits are included as becoming part of the network?
A: As part of The Lawn Pro.net Network you become part of a larger organization which provides you access to
– advertising materials
– strategies for marketing
– direct billing (future upgrades to online billing)
– building a larger clientele structure
– inclusion of the company website and e-mail server
– e-mail address with yourname@TheLawnPro.net

Q: What are the software and hardware requirements for connecting to the network?
A: You must have access to a web enabled (including Mac-based systems) or Windows-based computer system, minimally. You should be comfortable in e-mail use, web access and general use of the Microsoft Windows Operating System (including any of the following Windows 98, NT 4.0, ME, 2000, XP or Vista). You are expected to access your e-mail, billing tasks and estimate requests regularly to address the service needs for your clients.

Q: How do I join the Network?
A: Contact one of our representatives and they will schedule an appointment to meet with you so you may begin operating on the network.

Q: What will happen to my current clients if I join The Lawn Pro.net?
A: The organization of your current company / clients will not change. Any work acquired via The Lawn Pro.net will function within the network. You clients obtained outside of the network will not have access to the network and will not be associated with the network. If you desire for your older clients to have access to the network – they will be considered part of the network although they are existing customers.

Q: Do I lose my clients if I later decide to leave the network?
A: No, you do not lose your clients. You lose your access to the network and the benefits of using the network. You clients also lose access to the network and the benefits of the network.
